Travel ~Molly

Ireland, I miss you.

On a cloudy day (today, in Los Angeles, California) I find myself reminiscing about my trip to Dublin a few years ago. Christmas time. Wish I stayed through Christmas, but I already had a plane ticket to London and a room in a hostel in the Docklands waiting for me... A story I'll share another time. Maybe on another cloudy day, in another part of Sunny California :)

Oh such great, such sweet, such beautiful, beautiful weather ;)

En route to the Cliffs of Moher

I found myself one day, with a full day free of plans and decided to take a trip to the cliffs. I took a tour bus that made stops in Dunguaire Castle/ Kinvara • Corcomroe Abbey • Poulnabrone Dolmen • Ballyalban Fairy Fort • Leamaneh Castle • Kilfenora/ High Crosses • Doolin/ Lisdoonvarna • Black Head • Fanore • Ballyvaughan and finally, the Cliffs of Moher. It was an amazing time.

Made a few pit stops along the way...

The Burren: Corcomroe Abbey.

Eye candy below ;)

Realy enjoyed touring this fabric (wool) making plant.

Guess what's hanging from this beauty :) You don't have to be an alcoholic to get it right.

A fairy (wish) tree. Hoping my wish comes true. Though I can't remember now what I wished for! lol!

Oh the music!!

Et Voila! Where you go to remember how small you are...

Visit any part of Ireland. Really. The culture, the music, the hospitality, nature... is simply grand.

Try The Dublin Tour Company*, or any of the other tour companies, for a visit to the Cliffs of Moher.

*(Note: I happened to use them and really enojoyed the tour. I'm reccommending them of my own accord. This isn't a paid avert or endorsement.

Cheers!

~Aimi :D
